This young lady is name is Rita Ora. She is 19 years old and by the way London, United Kingdom. She is one of Jay-Z's Roc Nation label artist who is up coming not only in the music but fashion as well. Ora is featured in this months issue Elle Magazine as "Women In Music". The London native discussed her debut album and her favorites spots to hang and chill.

Designer Of The Week : Monif C

Monif C a designer who exemplifies a true mind of creativity not just for fashion but for plus size fashion to be exact. September 12, 2005 marked the 5th year anniversary of the journey that she embarked into the fashion world to serve women of curves and full figures. Not claiming i'm a true fashionista or FATsionista but I love how Monif C is taking the fashion world with charge to let this industry know that its really women out here that are not a size 5 that can wear and be elegant just as you are in a couture design. When I encountered Monif C works and designs I came to a conclusion that its okay to full figured and/or plus size coming to the realization that the average size of a woman in America is a size 14/16. I Just took it as me being a above average woman being that I am a size 18/20

Kudos to the 5th year anniversary and designer Monif C!!!!! To many more years of success!
